Exchange and Return
You can return your item within 7 days. Please email us with your order number info@qilestudio.com for more information on how to handle returns.
Please restore the packaging and the goods within 7 days after receipt. If your goods will affect the secondary sales after inspection, we will refuse your exchange and refund request.
Sorry, we do not offer free return labels. Shipping charges for returned items belong to the customer.
And your shipping costs are not refundable. The refund is the same as the paid order.
Earrings and pierced items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Also, sweat problem, All product will not be returned and exchange.
On sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We do not cover the cost of returns unless the product is faulty.
We cannot resend orders returned to us by Royal Mail or its international courier partners. If your order is returned to us, you will receive a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are responsible for errors on the shipping label.
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via info@qilestudio.com attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".
Once an order is placed, the above regulations are defaulted.
